Classicwatch Vintage Watches

my Mother purchased this watch at a grade sale. I am curious on if it has any value. I am having difficulty finding a lot of information online other than it's an American version of the Ebel watch company and it is newer than 1929
any additional Information I can get would be greatly appreciated. Nothing written on the back ;(

I'm not seeing a ton of value in the watch beyond the gold value (if it's gold). Probably an early 1960s watch.
