I've looked everywhere for ages to try and find one the same as this in order to identify it but without joy.
It's all 18k including the face.

It's going to be (most likely) a "mens Rectangular watch, reference 9006" in the catalog, It most likely will not have a model name.

About what year would it be?

If the movement serial number starts with "21" then early 1970s maybe 1971-72.
