Need help on LeCoultre, Cal481

Hello there
Please can i have your thought on the authentity and conditiin of the watch. I like it but have very little knowledge on this model. The seller is asking 850 USD, is ut reasonable? Also is it possible to date the production year od the watch?

by the way movement serial no is 8809xx
it has the number 592849 on the outside od the case back
the crown is unsigned

sorry the movement serial no was 9660xx
