More information on this JLC?

Hi,

Could someone provide me more information on this watch? Or where I can find more information on this watch? The dial is redone? Value?
I tried typing in the case back number (972493) on the jlc site but that did not work.

Definitely a redone dial and the crown has been replaced, maybe the hands as well.

Value no more than $400-500, Max.
