Thanks for correction. Serial is on movement. Caseback no is 1006603.

JLC Master Mariner rare?
Dear Forum,
I have this JLC Master Mariner ref E557, serial 1825536, caliber K661.
1. They seem rare as JLCs, I see them pop up as LCs only now and then but seldom as JLCs - why is that?
2. Can you pls help me date it, 60'S I suggest but can it be narrowed down?

Just purchased two JLCs...how to find out production year?
Dear Forum, I am a newby to this forum but has had 3 JLCs in my collection for a while, Master Mariner 60s, Memovox 815 and a Valjoux 72 Chrono. Now I just brought these two onboard, but I find it quite difficuklt to get mor info. I would appreciate any support in where to look. Thanks in advance M ...
