The case itself was indeed made by the Swiss (Swiss hallmark in case with L tree C mark also) but the bracelet has a French Makers mark on the clasps so diffidently not total factory. Sorry Zaf I uploaded the wrong image Here is a 3151 I think in 18k. Also there is a .750 stamp and a French makers mark on the clasp but no JL. So I have no dout it is some type of custom deal. I also attached an 18k that came head only that a bracelet could be added later from a past bonhams aucton...
