1) A picture of your watch. This is done using the "upload" feature. 2) Model number if known. 3) The case material, Silver, Steel or Gold, etc. 4) Case diameter & overall condition. Sorry that the picture is blurry, it's the best my ipod camera can take! This is a antique wind up (still ticking!) Girard Perregaux antique wind up watch with 10KGF. The model number is 972106 and above that number it says 17 jewels on the inside case it says B2206 and there are numbers hand etched all around it (top- 204615) (Below- B23245) (Bottom-33123E). We are unsure of the year that the watch was made it, I however do know that it belonged to a relative who was born in 1893 and died in 1989. If it matters, she was from North Eastern PA and never traveled, so it would have had to be purchased in the NE PA area. As I said earlier, the gold face 10K front. Overall condition, is great. Wind up watch still works, still ticking. No major blemishes, considering how old I'm sure this watch is. I randomly grabbed it from my grandmothers jewelry box of things she was planning on just giving away. |
