This is a Swiss 17 jewels watch with the name 'NOTSERP WATCH CO. 2 ADJUSTMENTS' on the movement.
Case is marked inside 'PLATINUM' and the sixteen 1mm stones are diamonds and sapphire accents.
The buckle tests as platinum as well.
Runs great.
Dimensions of the face are : 27mm x 16mm.

This sort of thing struggles to get more than the scrap value when it comes time to sell.
