Please tell me, what do I have here? Any idea of the year? It is silver in color and has 2 small diamonds. As you can see on the back 18K, and the numbers 22384 and 0.750. This watch is in very fine to excellent condition. Thank you in advance.

Bucherer is a retailer, which also sold watches under its house name. Assuming this is a ladies watch, value is not significantly above that of the gold and stones.
