Not sure about the identity, it probably doesn't have one. i.e. if doesn't have a name. Assuming it is 14k gold, I'm going to say value is anywhere between $1000 and $1600 depending on condition and if the bracelet is in fact made by Rolex.

Sorry, not sure on this one, it is too new for me to be knowledgeable. I'ts going to be a faction of the original or current retail somewhere between 20% and 40%.
