I'd like to get an appraisal for this watch. It is in excellent condition, 35mm ex. crown, 18K RG case, original dial. The movement serial number is 23662, case back no. 24888. I was told that movement is possibly 2310 dating back to the 1940s! Thanks - Key

Is this a modern watch with a vintage movement?

No, it is a vintage watch. Based on what the seller told me the watch dates to 1940s. The dial has some patina. Case, dial, movement, all signed. I took some scans of the movement but my camera lens is not good enough to get all the details.

If it is 18k solid, it is probably worth around $800-1000.
