What can anyone tell me about this watch? Rough idea of value?

My father has an old ladies? gold wristwatch (photos included). The inside of the case is stamped "ROLEX" and "W & D". There appears to be a serial number 11577 followed by 33 (might be part of number, might be separate). There is a hallmark but the letter is not clear, might be "t". There is a 9 carat mark (.375).

The gears in the movement are marked ROLEX and SWISS MADE.

It is an early Rolex, W&D stand for Wilsdorf & David, the Rolex founders. Dates from about 1915-1920, value is about $400 as ladies watches are worth much less than mens.
