I received this from my father. He thinks it's worth some money but I have my doubts. it has 3 red stones (rubies?) and 8 white stones (diamonds) on the face plus 10 white stones across the top and bottom. On the back it says base metal with some symbol in front of it.  | ||

If it is "base metal" odds are, it is worth very little and the stones are not real. |
