Seeking information on the following Hamilton watch. 987A movement, 17 jewels, 10k gold filled, two tone gold rectangular face, serial number 0157029, circa 1940/41. Casing number 1246425, 0149 at 6 o'clock position. Attached pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It has been identified as the modal "Bagley". any furhter information would be great.

My suggestion would be to run a search on eBay for "Hamilton Bagley", then click the box for completed items.

Also, Zaf has a public archive of Hamilton sales from his site. Be sure to click the "sample" link.

However, you need to watch the transaction dates. The market has moved up significantly since 2000.
