Re-cased, re-dialed Tiffany pocket watch conversion. With the popularity of larger watches, lots of smaller antique pocketwatches are getting re-cased as displayback wristwatches. Somebody obviously didn't think that the Tiffany/Patek association was well-known enough, so they re-dialed with both names. Lots of these conversion watches coming out of Europe right now.
