I know Lanco is known today as a low-end "junk" watch maker. I have an attractive, bi-coloured 18k (not plated) ladies strap watch (26 grams). The face/case is 1/2 inch square. The face is lustred enamel pearl, with gold minute markers. The words "Lanco" and "17 Rubis" are hand painted on the face in delicate brushwork. Despite looking all over I have never seen anything like it. It's been cleaned and runs well. I have no idea of age or history, or value. Lanco does not seem to have any online archives that are helpful |

Hi, it looks like a 1960s watch. With gold as high as it is today, the value of the watch is pretty much that of the gold. |
