It is a fake, sorry. The case is definitely not genuine as is the dial (most likely). What caliber movment is in there? | ||

I looked again and the bridges are indeed 4 instead of three. The outer bridge edges are also cut on a slant. 494 cal. The ebay one matches your description of an authentic movement.   | ||

That would be the correct movement for that watch, though this example has a poor refinished dial. The original dial is nothing short of breathtaking.  | ||

What you have given me is the serial number not the caliber number. I'm certain that watch is a fake. |
