Someone is offering this supposedly solid 14KYG watch for sale. Could I get an indication what would be a fair value? Could I also have some background on this watch? Will I be able to remove the black spots on dial? Thanks very much

This sort of thing is not fetching much these days, perhaps $150-225, pretty much based on the content of the gold. You will not be able to get rid of the spots without repainting the dial.
