I have an all origional (minus band) Omega Railmaster 30T2 (not 284 mvmt.). The band is missing, crystal cracked, and second hand needs some repair. Keeps -4 sec a day. How much is this worth as is, and how much is it worth with replaced crystal, second hand, and new Omega strap? Thanks.

Edit: Apparently it could be a 284 or 30T2. Not sure if that impacts value.

Hi. I 'd expect a 284 movement not a 30 T2. Are you saying it is a 30 T2 or you don't know? If it has a 30 T2 (actually it would be a 30 T2 SC) it would be way to early for this watch, even though it is the ancestor of the 28x movement.

Well, I haven't opened it up yet, but I was told by one person who restored one that it does have a 30T2, however, the majority of people I have talked to said it is most likely a 284 in there.

It's a little hard to tell from the photos what kind of shape it is actually in, but it's a watch that sells from anywhere from $1500 to $2500. Less if totally beat up, more if pristine. It would be important that it has the correct movement and the antig dome.
