Hi, the watch and band are solid 14 gold. I am not sure if band original or was replaced. All diamonds set by me. I don't remember the model number and don't want to open it as just took it from service center.
Would like to know the model, year and approximate cost

Anytime you customize a watch like that it becomes a piece of jewelery pretty much, so it's value is that of the gold + diamonds.

I did it as the watch was in non wearable condition (brocken band, brocken glas and etc).
Still if you know some more details about this specific model, please let me know

I do not. Sometimes, on a Longines, the case reference # will be stamped on the inside fo the back amd that identify the model.
