Hello I recieved the attached watch from my grandfather. I know it is from the 60s but other then that I don't know much. I know it is automatic and a Universal Geneve Golden Shadow 18k. Please feel free to let me know the value and what info you know about this watch. Is it rare at all?   | ||

Value if probably around $550-750. The movement is one of the nicer ones, but the dress stye is not all that popular right now. I don't think it is rare. | ||

Hi Universalgeneve, I would estimate in 2014 that your Grandfather's Universal Geneve Golden Shadow is worth around between $2000-$3000 if it's in good working order. Don't sell it for less, better yet covet it for your Grandfather! | ||

I'm talking head only, add the value of the bracelet at scrap. So, that would need to be weighed. |
