HELP! I have a custom Omega men's tri-gold wristwatch & Omega isn't any help. I am looking to sell it & need to find its vaule. There's about $1,200 in melt value based on 02/21/11 gold spot prices. Was opened & appraised by the Global Gemological Laboratory in WA: "Mans 14K gold wristwatch; 17 Jewel. Mechanical manual wind Omega movement set into an oval case. Dial is white with gold tone stick markers at the hour positions & a sub second hand. Attached & tapered Omega bracelet is tri color gold & finished with a safety locking clasp." It's probaly a circa $1400-1600 type thing. These are not that desirable from a collector point iof view. |

Hi Zaf - thank you for the post. What makes an Omega desirable by collectors, or rather what makes this Omega not desirable? Thanks! |

The 1970s styling with integrated bracelet styling falls into more of a jewelery category than the collectible watch category, so they don't go for substantailly above gold. |
