Hi guys. I got this watch from my Grandpa for Christmas this year. He got it during World War 2 in Russia when he was in the German military. I have no idea what it might be worth or is, but am trying to google as much as I can. Thanks for taking a look and any info you may have. Oh, it says Marathon and 18 Jewels on the face. The hands are all blue and the case is either silver or steel. How do I tell which metal it is? Thanks.

Hi. Typically, the inside of the case back will indicate what the case is made of. It looks like a chrome plated base metal to me and does not appear to be a piece of much value, sorry.
