I found this pocket watch while going through some family heirlooms, and I cant find ANY information on it... ANYWHERE!!! PLEASE HELP!!

Sorry, I don't know what it is either. Form the looks of it, it's a mid 1800s piece. Judging from movement, I do not expect this to be a very valuable piece.

Because it is dirty, or because of the actual movement? Have you ever heard of Chas Latour? Or A.L & Co?

The movement does not appear to be a movement that would belong in an expensive watch. I haven't heard of the brand, sorry.
