My grandmother gave me this vintage ladies yellow gold and diamond Patek Philippe wrist watch. I have not been able to find any watch like it, so I don't know the model number. I am trying to find out its value. My camera is terrible, so the pictures I took are not the best. I have a better camera with a macro lens at the office, so I could get much better photos if they would help you to evaluate it better. Let me know what you think.

Can you tell if it is a Patek made case through and through?

It looks real to me. The bracelet is a PP braclet. I'd suggest getting a quote from a jeweler on the value of the gold + stones and then adding $1000 to that, that should get you close to what it is worth.

No way. I had a jeweler open up the back today and this thing is totally legit.
Serial #983630
20 Jewel. Mint condition inside. Jeweler said it was flawless. Advised me not to sell it.
You don't think its worth 30k or more?

$30k? No. There probably isn't a single ladies watch in the world in vintage that exceeds $10k and that woukld have to have tons of gold & diamonds on it.

Yours is probably $4-$6k, based mostly on the value of the gold & stones + a premium since it is a Patek.

You are right on. The one that sold in 2000 from Antiquorium went for just about $5,000. Thank you so much for your help.

I'd say that is still around today's price. In that, the demand for vintage ladies pieces has gone down, but the price of gold has gone up. So if you're selling maybe start at $6-8k and go down as needed to make a deal.
