I saw a nice omega square face of about 30mm x 30mm 14K solid gold welded lugs mvt 4 997 098 case 5 590 782 arabic numbers with railway track in center below numbers plus a small "rosace" around the center hands axle
the dial is white and when looking closely he looks like a spider thread

Anyone has information on this watch or seen it b4

It looks like the dial has been repainted. What specific information are you looking for? I don't have much to work with at the moment.

Well, I can say for sure if I have any experience with this exact model, but it an Omega from about 1920. Value is probably $300-600. maybe less if it's a very small case.
