Zaf, as they say in radio, long-time listener, first-time caller. I really enjoy this board. I have recently run across this Patek, and I would appreciate any of your masterful insight as far as value, rarity, etc. It keeps excellent time. The inside of the back case cover says ref. 2537, and the movement is labeled 727486. It is gold, aftermarket croc strap, no box or papers. Thanks in advance...patek 1patek 2

Hi.

Congratulations. A nice watch. It's from the 1950s, value depends a lot on originality, condition, etc but I'll give you a ballmark figure of $4000 to $6000.

Zaf, Thanks for the info, it answered alot of my questions. Just because I am curious, any idea how much this watch sold for new in the 50's?
Thanks again
