I'm trying to find out about this wrist watch. It was my grandfathers. It appears to have some diamonds for numbers an alligator calf band with gold clasp. The case measures 1 and 5/16 across and appears to be made of gold The back reads diamond tooled, base metal case, electronically timed, antimagnetic, and swiss made.

While I'm sure the watch has sentimental value, it unfortunately has no significant value to a collector. These were budget watches made in the 1950s (approx.) from inexpensive plated base metal (brass) cases and generic Swiss movements. If you test the hour markers, you will find them to be rhinestones, not diamonds. Sorry. If nothing else, it looks as though the watch is still in very good condition and can be worn for your personal enjoyment. Greg |

Thanks so much! It is in "unused condition". I will enjoy it to the fullest. |
