I have an old ladies watch that i am trying to understand how old it is. the stamping on the back says it's 14k and there is another stamp that reads- c905741.According to what I have read on the net there never was a c starting number. What can you tell?

Hello:
I have a man's Longines in 18K
Date at 12 o'clock
Excellent condition.
It runs and stops, when cleaned I am sure it will work. I was wondering the model and the value. Thank you18k Automatic Longine watch photos
