Sorry, it is gold plated brass and the diametar is approximately 3.4 cm (without a crown).
The movement is signed, but it looks like some kind of ETA or something. I do not even know whether Moser produced movements in that period (say between 1930 and 1960). I have seen one Moser from 50's with an ETA 1122. , but in general I know very little about H.Moser watches after the Russian revolution.

I don't know. It looks iffy! I'd say even if it is the real deal it isn't all that valuable, given that it's a gold plated case with a ETA/Schild, etc, in there.
