Hi All,

I've just acquired this Tissot which I assume to be from around the late 40s or early 50s. The movement number is 28.5-21 (not sure of the serial number yet).
Does anyone have any knowledge of these? Have I made a worthwhile purchase? Any thoughts gratefully recieved! :-)

Many Thanks

These are very very similar to Omega of that period, when both comopanies operated as one entity, so the quality is kind of nice but the marketplace discount Tissot vs Omega, for basically the same watches.

Well I guess that's good news for me if I plan to keep it! I did notice that the movement seemed to look the same as Omegas I've seen around on the net

Thanks for your help!
