I have an old pocket watch left to me by my father, and don't know if it is especially valuable, other than the fact that it is made by Patek Philippe, and it has an 18k case. From the attached photos I took today, can anyone offer an opinion?

Thanks. I've had this watch for many years; used to wear it once in a while. Never had an inkling as to its value. -- Dave W
