Hello, I picked this up from a thrift store but am new to this. Can anyone hazard a guess as to its worth?

Markings:
Bulova
23 (jewel?)
Swiss
14k (white gold?)
537357 (serial number?)

Just over 1cm in diameter (round face).

It is a manual wind, working condition. It could use a little polish, but otherwise looks great. Possible diamonds (or fakes?) above/below the face. Braided metal strap.

Tried loading photo, but doesn't seem to be working.
It looks very similar to the watch featured here: http://cgi.ebay.com/1960s-14k-White-Gold-Bulova-Watch-w-23-Jewel-Movement-/23015 1190833?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Wristwatches&hash=item3596147931#ht_1549wt_913

All these small ladies watches from brands like Bulova are worth at or near scrap value of the metal and stones.
