Hi,
Could you give me an approx date and value on this lovely Chopard. It seems original and has luc signed crown. Do you think the movement case would be gold?. The watch and band are 18k and I estimate approx 1 carat diamonds.

Thanks
Greg

Hello, It looks like a 1960s piece, the movement will not be solid gold, but gilt plated. Ladies watches are generally valued at the price of the gold and stones, but this one is a flip top which is sort of interesting. Value is going to be along the lines of the gold weight + diamond value + $500 to $1000. So maybe, all in, it's going to be something like $2000-2500.

Your evaluation of the glass Le Coultre Co clock on the attached photo will be most appreciated.
Writing on the back is Le Coultre Co, Swiss Made, 2777 and the dimensions
are 7" in length, 5" in height and the base is 1 1/4" in width. Clock face
diameter is 2 1/2" outer diameter where the numbers are is 4".
Once again Thank You for your help
Best regards
Henning

This is EXACTLY the photo size I'm looking for. Can you see the movement at all in the back? So that I know what we're dealing with?

These things are really hard to date, I don't thing the clock movement have serial numbers on them and they made them over a span of at least 20 years. From he looks of it, I'd say it's about 1950 rather than 1930.

Thank you for the dating info. Could you please provide an idea of what the clock might be worth. The movement (picture) does have: Swiss M, s/n 22746 inscribed.

Everything you did was most appreciatedGreen Movement

I'm going to guess around $300 as to the worth. It's a nice decorative piece as well as a clock.
