My mom's Patek. Probably 60's. Manual. Gold bracelet and clasp. Serviced by Patek through Tourneau in NY in about 1998. Not worn since.face

The face is 15 mm in diameter and about 6mm thick. 18K gold with 18K gold bracelet and clasp

I found a picture of one on a dealer website. It was there called a ref 2467. Have not found another picture of that nmber, so I can't know for sure. Please -- just looking to find out what I have.

Yes. It was purchased new by my Dad for my mom, I think in 1961.

The bracelet seems to be part of the case -- it is not detachable as far as I can tell.

I'd value it near in the high $2000s. The small ladies watches are not all that popular right now, so I don't have any recent sales references. I could be wrong, but Patek always carries some value well above the gold.

If you would like to sell the watch, try Beyer in Zürich/Switzerland. Beyer is a jeweler and could perhaps be interested. I do know they sometimes buy watches related to their name
