hello, i have a triple signed LECOULTRE mens wristwatch with serial number 335558 B stamped on the snapback case. inside the snapback case is stamped LeCoultre Co. with swiss under it , them 14k below in rectangler box, then three stampings, one appears to be a key, one a face in a box and another i cant make out. then the numbers 0,585 in a rectangler box. Movement has seventeen swiss, then 17 jewels unadjusted stamped on it. Also 12 LC in a rectangler box and LeCoultre Co. underlined on it. all are written in gold with the metal appearing to be stainless steel also VXN stamped in gold on the speed adjustment. its a manual wind movement. has 405899 stamped on the perimiter of the movement but no gold fill in the number like all described above. also has five red details on the movement. The face is silver in color with LeCoultre with underline written in black on it. also day and month indicators below lecoultre written in english colored red and seconds dial at six oclock with black second marks on the dial. has gold 3, 6, and 12 for hour indicators with gold triangles to indicate the other hours. also the perimeter day indicators are black in color as opposed to others similar to this watch being in red. has day indicator with red tipped arm. hour , minute, and seconds hands are gold. hope you can give age and value base on info provided. appears to be in good condition. has BERT MOROZ engraved on the snap back cover. the watch keeps time but the hour and minute adjustment is not operating properly. need to know if value of the watch makes it worth fixing. thanks |

Dates to 1946. Any triple date by LeCoultre is worth fixing. If you have a photo that would be very useful. |

It's hard to tell what kind of condition it is in, so I will give a range of $2000-3000. Less if trashed, more if totally pristine. We have experience overhauling these should you need that type of LeCoultre repair service. |

It doesn't have a model name. Do you have a dial side photo? |

The dial appears refinished (a long time ago) unfortunately, so I'd value it closer to $2000 than $3000. |

These are multi-cololred dials normally and the way LeCoultre is scripted. |

do you have an example of what this dial should look like, including the scripting for the lettering and numbers, or a web site that has this information. thanks |

Here is an original Jaeger-LeCoultre dial, you would be the same except it would say "LeCoultre" as yours is a USA markjet watch. http://www.classicwatch.com/graphics/rx0651.jpg |

Zaf, heres another picture of the winder side. are the lugs supposed to drilled thru like this and can you identify the stamp on the upper right lug. thank you |

Normally the lugs are not drilled out, so take a careful look and see how symmetrical they are to determine if that is how they came. I Guess it's possible, but I have my doubts. I can't make out the stamp, it's probably a squirrel, which indicates 14k. |
