Hello,
Many years ago, i received an old watch as a gift. I was told that it was my friend's late grandmother's favorite watch. It is Swiss, Continental Geneva made, and has a category of 17 jewels. It is filled with diamonds(i am not sure if they are real or not) and the front has a button to open the watch up like a clam shell. I dont know how to open it but the dial is 1.5 cm by 1.5 cm. Is it an antique? Is it worth anything?swiss continental

Well, it's definitely worth the price of the metal and stones. Take it buy a jeweler and have them check if they're real. They probably are.
