Up next for your scrutiny is a men's Benrus self winding watch. There are three stars on the dial and the back says Series *7035. Inside it says Seventeen Jewels and I think the model # is FE 233 or 235 (it's really hard to read, even with a magnifying glass). It runs but loses a couple of minutes over 24 hours. The crystal is in poor condition, dial and hands are in good condition, case is in fair condition - unfortunately it looks like someone tried to open it with something inappropriate and it didn't respond very well.

I noticed that there are a fair amount of Benrus self-winders available on line, but I was unable to find one with this particular dial and wondered if it's very unusual? I'm also really curious as to how old it is, since I can't decide if it looks Art Deco or Space Age 60's or what. Any thoughts on this one, please? Thanks!
