The value on just about any gold filled Bulova - small diamonds or not - will be low.

Hi Oliver
The M7 is an alphanumeric code used by Bulova to date movement/cases. What you can do is check this webpage: www.mybulova.com and go to the "movements" page. This will show the dating code process. Then if you are able, open the back and check the caliber of the movement. GO to fleebay and do an advanced search for closed listings based on search terms "Bulova" "1967" and the caliber of the movement if you can get the back open. This should show you want similar watches have been closing for on eBay in the last six months. You may even find one very similar to yours. Again. Bulova from the 60's, and gold plate- low value. But it may be fun for you to go find out more.
Will
