I recently inherited the subject watch. It is stamped 14k with 36 bezel set diamonds (approx 2-3 pts each. The inscription mentions the year 1966. The dial says "Howes" which, I believe is the jeweler that it was purchased from. A note that was included with item says "Concord" watch.

It's worth near or at the value of the gold & stones. This is probably a good time to sell such items as gold is at high levels.
