This watch is vintage (probably from the late 50s or early 60s) but has very little value (<$25). These small ladies watches are not sought after by collectors. It appears that your watch is white gold-filled or plated so it has little precious metal scrap value.

Although the watch may work since it likely has not been serviced in years and its lubrication may be dried up it should not be regularly worn. Note that the springs in the expansion links of the band appear to be broken (these should be tight).
