Any Idea of the history and worth of this watch. The jewels are genuine. It is all 18k with a covered dial. 12 sapphires 9 diamonds gross weight inc movement =44 grams

This type of thing will value more like a piece of jewelry than a watch. It happens to be a watch, but it seems to be stamped with a jewelry retailer's name. That said, it would need a jewelry type appraisal, which is not my expertise. Sorry I can't be more help.
