i have a bulova watch, self winding, stainless steel, anti-magnetic, shock resistant, waterproof, G932233. any idea if it's worth restoring? the second hand moves if you tap the watch but quits after 10 minutes or so.

Thanks

The "M4" dates the watch to 1964. The movement probably just needs a service (disassemble, clean, re-lubricate) to run properly.

Whether this is worth doing depends on what the watch means to you. The service will cost more than the watch is actually worth.

Some pictures of the watch would be helpful in evaluating its condition.

Hi, there is little demand on these 50s and 60s "cocktail" style watches today. Value is near the value of the gold and stones...which is ll likelyhood, something under $150.
