Hello, great site. Any ideas about this small gold Rolex (17mm diameter, 9mm thick)that my grandmother bought decades ago in Geneva? Besides Rolex, the dial also says "Precision". The rear cover has the Rolex crown and says "Brevet+", and has the number 179667. The solid gold band is original and has the Rolex crown and some numbers on the clasp (see pic).
