It will be worth, as with most ladies watches, roughly the worth of the metal & stones, probably around $700. |

I received a second opinion.............my appraiser's (market value) estimate is 1600.00 to 1900.00 dollars. That is quite a differance, Zaf. Why is that? |

Because appraiser's values are often a farce. If you can sell it for $1600-1900 by all means take it and run as fast as you can! The fact is, and having sold nearly 15,000 watches over my lifetime, most ladies watches sell for the value of the metal and the stones. If your appraiser thinks there are $1600-1900 of metal and stones in the watch, then that's a good appraisal. In any event, no harm done. It's a good thing to get a second opinion. Best Wishes, Zaf |
