Ladies 14k white gold watch, stamped on the movement is "Louvere.W.Co Stateen 15 jewels Two Positions adjusted to temperature and Kittin Aubry Swiss. Scribed on inside of the case back A81708 With a trademark of Large "S" and Small "B." Face of the watch is original with hand engraved scroll work. Watch band is a mesh 14k white gold filled band with sliding buckle marked Hadley 11014KGF. It features a hinged opening back case cover with complete hand etching on the dial. It is showing repair markings of 10-08-27 with very little other work. Jewels are ruby and the watch is in excellent condition. No way to be sure, but the original band era is about 1908. Can't really find any information about this watch....any help would be greatly appreciated Regards, Steve |

Sounds like a generic Swiss maker, if it's small ladies watch, value will be close to that of the gold content...so not that much. |

Thanks for the reply, Zaf. I was rapidly coming to the same conclusion after spending hours on the net searching for info. Just spent 145.00 to have a cerified appraisal done. He came up with a value of $3,695.00 to replace. probably best to hang on the watch as a keepsake. |

With all due respect to you, I think the appraiser needs to have their head examined. That's ridiculous. It's so far off the scale of what I'd consider reasonable that the appraisal, probably isn't even worth the paper its written on! |
