I obtained this LeCoulte Lady's Driver watch. Any idea of Model, age or worth?
18K Gold stamped
18mm dia.
25mm long (lug to lug)
SN: 177460
Stamped #981660 on back

1) Watch is signed 4x. What does that mean?
2) Any idea what the retail value was when new?

4x signed means it has JLC on the case, movement, dial and crown...1960s, value around $400-600.
