Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me anything about my watch. It is 18k white gold with diamonds and saphires. It says"Pioneer, 18k, W.C. Co., Belais, 92153" on the inside of the case lid. It says "Lily Watch Co.,2 adjustments, 2 positions,17 jewels and Swiss, Wilka Watch FY, Geneve, AR F6" on the workings. It also has what looks like rubies on the inside on the works. I will try to add a picture. I am not very computer savvy. The picture is too big. I would love to know how old it is and about the makers, (looks like lots of them) and what it is worth. It does appear to be working, however I don't know how to set it or wind it. Thanks for your help. Teriwatch 2

It will not be too far off value of gold + stones, maybe around $200-250.
