I just recently was given an all gold 1965 Seamaster with date. It's in near mint condition. The serial number is in the 22 million range. It's solid 18ct yellow gold with a gold band that is original. The dial is also gold. The case number is 166.003. Does anyone know the approximate value of this watch? Thanks

Condition is a major factor in determining the value of any watch. It's difficult to evaluate a watch with only a blurry picture of the front of the watch.

Perhaps you have more (and clearer) pictures? Also, what is the band made of? Solid gold? Also some pictures of the movement would be useful.

If you want to get some idea of value on your own you can search completed ebay auctions for similar Omega watches.

I will post a clearer picture. The condition is near mint. No sratches or dings. The band is also solid 18k gold.

I will post a clearer picture. The condition is near mint. No sratches or dings. The band is also solid 18k gold. I have searched ebay and many vintage watch sites and could not find a gold seamaster with a gold dial and a similar band.

Is the 18k bracelet an Omega Bracelet?

I believe so. As far as I know, my grandparents bought the watch for my father around 1965. I'm pretty sure it's the original bracelet. How could I tell? Unfortunately my father recently passed away and I have know way of knowing.

An original Omega bracelet will have Omega stamped on it, usually on the clasp. If it isn't an Omega bracelet, its valeu is that of the gold.
