Could you please give me some information/value about this watch I found at a fleamarket?

Outside back: Hamilton, 14k gold Biggs.
Inside back: Flair, Hamilton W co. Lancaster P.A., 14KGOLD, 00285.
Movement: 22 jewels, usa 757hamilton ladies watch

Usually not much, approximately the melt value + $25-50 or around $50-75, $100 maximum.

I have a Hamilton watch myself..
But mine has this in it..
(on the inside back plate)

Hamilton W Co.

14K Gold

then on the right side it was ingraved .. C4-O
And on the left side P655
And with the magnifine glass Light I have I can see a bunch of pinkish red jewls..I guess is what it is..


It does Keeps perfect time.
Just wondering if its worth anything at all..
